Pre-Order Information

Items which are marked Pre-Order are available to order before they arrive in stock. Place your order as normal on our website and we will process the payment and despatch the goods when they arrive.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable - unless faulty.  We offer an exchange or credit note on all sale goods.

Delivery - UK

First Class Recorded - within 2-3 working days - £4.95 per order.  Maximum number of items 5 and then an extra £1.00 will be charged for every item thereafter.  Heavy items will incurr extra postage charges, you will be advised of this before your order is processed.

Returns

Items can be returned with labels still attached, un-worn and un-marked for a refund or exchange within 14 days from date of receipt.

Returns postage is the customers responsibility.

Skuffs and Skruffs cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Please send any returns to Skuffs and Skruffs, 42 Church Road, North Ferriby, East Yorkshire  HU14 3BU and enclose your name, address and order number.  A refund will be given immediately upon receipt of goods.
